All of the images that you can see within the Portfolios section are available for purchase as fully archival prints, using the finest quality inks and Fine Art paper/canvas media. Size, media and relevant price options are shown in the drop down list to the left of each image within the Portfolios.

We currently offer 'prints only' for sale as standard, although if required we can quote on framing options if requested. Please see below for full details on print options and specifications. Additionally if there is a print size you require, that isn't listed then please contact us directly to discuss options.

All prints are available as either limited or unlimited editions, if limited, edition numbers will be noted alongside the image (see the 'Location/Edition' field) within the respective portfolio.

Archival Prints

Where the purchase option alongside an image shows as 'archival' (e.g. '15 x 10 inch archival print'), prints are produced by us using an Epson professional printer utilising Epson Ultrachrome K3 Ink. They will be printed on Harman (by Hahnemuhle) Professional Inkjet 300 gsm Matt Cotton Smooth paper, with sufficient bleed (typically approx 40mm white paper border) for mounting/matting.

Giclee Prints

Where the purchase option alongside an image shows as 'giclee' (e.g. '22.5 x 15 inch giclee print'), prints are produced for us by 'Oxford Giclee Ltd', OGL are a professional fine art and photographic reproduction studio based in Oxfordshire. Giclee printing produces ultra high quality prints used by galleries and exhibition houses worldwide. The paper I use through OGL is Hahnemuhle Photo rag Smooth 310 gsm, a smooth white matt archival paper, which will be dispatched with 40mm white paper border bleed.

Giclee Canvas Prints

Canvas prints are produced for us by 'Oxford Giclee Ltd' using a matt 320 gsm unbleached cotton canvas finished with a matt UV protection varnish. The image is printed on the front face with blank white canvas around the stretcher bars. The canvas is supplied ready to hang, stretched across 28mm hand cut pine stretcher bars.





Framed Prints

If you are looking for a framed print there are some options that can be discussed. Please contact us directly for further discussion.

Dispatching

Archival Prints can normally be dispatched within 3-4 working days of ordering (we will advise if there is a delay), Giclee Prints within 4-5 working days of ordering and Canvas prints within 5-6 working days of ordering. For orders on paper medium, prints will be sent special delivery, rolled and wrapped in tissue paper and contained with a reinforced cardboard tube. The price of P&P is included within the print price quoted.

Certificate of Authenticity

For presentation reasons we do not sign prints dispatched by post, instead each print will be sent with a Certificate of Aunthenticity. Each certificate will give details of the image, include a thumbnail image and will be signed by Mark Alger as proof of a genuine Mark Alger image. For giclee and canvas prints, these certificates will be sent separately to the image order.

PayPal Payment

All payments taken through this website are processed automatically via PayPal, offering an industry standard secure on-line payments system. Any credit or debit card may be used to pay via PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Returns Policy

We use the highest quality materials and methods in producing our prints, each is individually checked before dispatch. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order then please return the item(s) in as-new condition within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item we will be happy to offer you a choice of either a replacement, or a full refund.

Personal Information

When making an order certain personal information, such as name, email address and postal address (for posting and billing purposes) may be stored within our records. We will not sell or re-distribute such information to third parties or agencies, unless we are required by law to do so.
